沈阳建筑大学土木工程学院

　　沈阳建筑大学土木工程学院是学校建立伊始设立的教学单位之一，始称建筑工程系，1993年更名为土木工程系，2002年12月更名为土木工程学院。经过50余年的建设和发展，已从单一的工业与民用建筑专业，发展成为具有6个系、9个教研室、6个实验室、10个研究所和1个工程公司，以及4个本科专业，1个一级学科硕士点、7个二级学科硕士点，1个二级学科联合培养博士点的综合性学院。　　6个系分别是：结构工程系、工程力学系、路桥工程系、测绘工程系、地下工程系、安全工程系，其中，结构工程系下设混凝土结构、钢结构、结构抗震、施工与管理4个教研室和1个工程结构实验室。工程力学系设工程力学教研室和工程力学实验室，路桥工程系设道桥工程教研室和道路与桥梁实验室，测绘工程系设测绘工程教研室和测绘工程实验室。地下工程系设基础工程教研室和岩土工程实验室，安全工程系安全工程教研室和安全工程实验室。　　结构工程实验室是建设部和辽宁省实验室；结构工程实验室、岩土与道路实验室为辽宁省高校实验室；工程力学与结构实验被评为省级实验教学示范。　　10个研究所分别是：结构工程研究所、防灾减灾与防护工程研究所、岩土工程研究所、工程力学研究所、道路工程研究所、桥梁与隧道工程研究所、结构检测与加固技术研究所、钢结构工程研究所、工程测量研究所、建筑安全研究所。沈阳建筑大学建筑科技发展工程公司除正常经营之外，还为教师提供了产、学、研相结合的平台，并为教学提供了实践和实训基地。　　4个本科专业分别是：土木工程、理论与应用力学（理科）、测绘工程、安全工程4个本科专业。　　土木工程为一级硕士学位授予权学科。7个二级学科硕士点分别是结构工程、防灾减灾工程及防护工程、岩土工程、桥梁与隧道工程，固体力学、道路与铁道工程、工程力学。同时，在“建筑与土木工程”和“交通运输工程”2领域招收工程硕士研究生。　　结构工程学科是国家建设部和辽宁省学科，是经国家教育部批准的联合培养博士点，具有招收国内访问学者资格。　　近年来，在学校党委和行政的领导下，学院遵循“三个坚持、三个围绕、二个提高和一个培养”的办学思想，以学科建设为龙头，加强师资队伍建设，深化教学改革，规范教学管理，不断提高教育教学质量，学院面貌日新月异，学术交流活跃，办学实力不断增强。学院有教职工126人，其中专任教师97人。专任教师中，有教授25人、副教授31人，具有博士学位教师33人，在读博士17人。学院享受政府特殊津贴2人，全国土木工程专业教学指导委员会委员1人，获得辽宁省教学名师奖1人，省青年骨干教师4人。在辽宁省百千万人才工程中，4人入选百人层次，5人入选千人层次。教师中有博士研究生导师6人，硕士研究生导师48人。广大教师爱岗敬业，教书育人，多人次荣获国家、省、市、校教师、科技工作者等称号。　　学院办学规模不断扩大，综合办学实力不断增强。目前学院在册学生2090人，其中本科生1730人，博士与硕士研究生360人，同时，还承担培养外国留学生的任务。土木工程专业分别于1997年、2002年、2007年通过了全国土木工程专业教育评估，毕业生获得了提前参加全国注册结构工程师考试及英联邦国家互认学历的资格。土木工程专业为辽宁省示范专业。近50年来，学院共培养了近万名本、专科生和研究生，为国家输送了大批专业技术人才，为经济建设和社会发展做出了应有的贡献。　　近五年来，学院在科研、教研立项、获奖、发表论文等各个方面都取得了显著的成绩。承担了包括国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技攻关项目、省自然科学基金项目、建设部科技攻关项目以及沈阳市科技局基金项目在内的科研课题200余项，承担国家、省、学校教研课题等20项。完成各类横向课题110余项。经费合计3500万元，取得了丰硕的科研成果，多项课题的研究成果达到国际水平，部分研究成果处于国际水平，为指导工程实践、修订相关的结构设计规范提供了理论依据。获得国家、省（部）、市科技进步奖55项，获得教学成果二等奖1项，省级教学成果一等奖1项，省级教学成果二等奖4项，三等奖3项。在国外期刊（国际会议论文集）、国家中文核心期刊等发表科研、教研论文400余篇，80多篇论文被SCI、EI等检索机构收录。发表出版专著（编著、译著）主编教材17部。1人获得1次国家杰出人才基金，2人获得辽宁省人才基金。学院开展了广泛的国际学术交流，通过互访、合作研究、召开国际会议等形式，与美国、芬兰、日本、俄罗斯、韩国等国家及香港等地区20多所大学建立了合作关系。近五年来，学院有20多人次出席国际会议、到国外进行访问研究或讲学，邀请国外学者来院讲学交流40余人次，有多人次担任国际、国内、省内学术组织的负责人或理事（委员）。　　在国内学术交流方面，学院与国内多所大专院校、厂矿企业、设计（勘察）院、科研和生产单位建立了学术交流、科技合作和联合培养关系，并聘请一批著名学者作为学院的名誉教授和兼职教授。学院还与有关设计（勘察）院、市政工程和建筑工程公司和其它生产单位进行了广泛的合作，开创了产、学、研相结合、优势互补的新局面。通过举办科研报告会、聘请国内外、学者来院为师生做学术报告，专题讲座等学术活动，使学术氛围更加浓厚　　沈阳建筑大学土木工程学院秉承“博学善建、厚德大成”校训，发扬光荣传统，团结奋斗，开拓创新，正朝着“争，创”的目标奋进。

　CivilEngineeringCollege,originallycalledDepartmentofArchitecturalEngineering,wasoneoftheearliestdepartmentsintheuniversityandwasrenamedasDepartmentofCivilEngineeringandCivilEngineeringCollegeintheyearsof1993and2002respectively.Throughmorethan60years’constructionanddevelopment,thereare4bachelor'sdegreeprograms,1masterprogramoffirst-leveldiscipline,7masterprogramsofsecond-leveldisciplineand1doctoralprogramofsecond-leveldiscipline.Thecollegehas3departments,11teachingandresearchsections,11researchinstitutions,1experimenteducationcenter,1engineeringinspectionandtestingcenterand122facultymembers.

　　StructuralengineeringisthekeydisciplineofNationalMinistryofConstructionandLiaoningProvince.ItisadoctoralprogramofdualcultureapprovedbyMinistryofEducationandhastherighttoenrolldomesticvisitors.

　　Experimenteducationcenterofcivilengineeringisjudgedasprovincialdemonstrationcenterofexperimenteducation.StructureengineeringlaboratoryisthekeylaboratoryofMinistryofConstructionandLiaoningProvinceandthestructureengineeringandgeotechnicalandhighwaylaboratoryarethekeylaboratoryofLiaoningcampus.

　　Engineeringtestcenterofcivilengineeringundertakesthescientificresearchitemsaswellasithastheabilityofconsulting,detection,testandevaluationattheaspectsofengineeringstructure,geotechnicalengineering,highwayandbridgeandundergroundengineering,etc..

　　Thecollegehasanenrollmentofmorethan2050undergraduatestudents,450doctorandmasterstudentsanditalsotraininternationalstudents.Thegraduationsachievethequalificationtojoinintheexamsofnationalregisteredconstructionengineerandbothschoolrecordofcommonwealthcountries.CivilengineeringisthedemonstrationprofessioninLiaoningProvince.CivilEngineeringCollegehastrainedthousandsofundergraduation,collegestudentsandmasterstudentsin60years.Collegehasprovidedmanyseniorprofessionalandtechnicaltalents,contributingtotheeconomicconstructionandsocialdevelopment.

　　Amongtheteachers,23areprofessors,31areviceassociateprofessorsand53haveachievedthePHDdegree;6aredoctoralsupervisors,and48aregraduatestudentsupervisors.Andthereare6committeemembersofNationalCivilEngineeringEducationSupervisingCommitteewhoenjoyspecialgovernmentallowance,andonceareselectedintoNationalNewCenturyBaiQianWanTalents,atthesametimegettingexcellentstaffsupportprogramofeducationdepartment;2havewonRenownedTeachersinLiaoningProvinceAward,6ProvincialYoungBackboneTeachers;and60teachersworkassuperintendentsortrustees(committeemembers)ofinternational,nationalorprovincialacademicorganizations.

　　IntheMillionsofTalentsProjectofLiaoningProvince,6areselectedintohundred-level,9areselectedintothousand-levelwhilemorethan40teachershavewonadvancedtitlessuchasOutstandingPartyMembersofnational,provincialormunicipallevel,ProminentTeachers,andExcellentScientificWorkersetc.

　　Inthelastfiveyears,ourcollegehasachievedremarkableaccomplishmentsinvariousaspectssuchasscientificresearch,settingupprojectsinteachingandresearch,winningawards,andissuingpapersetc.Wehavebeeninchargeofmorethan300projectsincludingProjectofNationalNaturalScienceFoundation,ProjectofNationalScienceandTechnologySupportProgram,ProjectofProvincialNaturalScienceFoundation,ProjectofTacklingHard-nutProblemsinScienceandTechnologyoftheConstructionMinistry,keyprojectsofprovincialHousingandConstructionDepartment,provincialDepartmentofEducationandFundProjectofShenyangTechnologyBureau,finishingvarioushorizontalissuesmorethan200,andthetotaltechnologyfundsisRMB35millionYuan.Ourcollegehascommittednational,provincialandtheuniversity’steachingandresearchingsubjectsmorethan30,getting65provincial(department)andmunicipalPrizeforProgressinScienceandTechnology;1SecondPrizeforTeachingAchievementsofnationallevel;3FirstPrizeforTeachingAchievementsofprovincelevel;6SecondPrizeforTeachingAchievementsofprovincelevel;3ThirdPrize.Morethan560papersinscientificandtechnologyorteachingareissued,whilehundredsofpapersareembodiedbyretrievalinstitutionssuchasSCI,EIetc.Wehaveissuedmonographs(compilingandtranslating)andtextbooktotalupto26andauthoredorco-authoredmorethan30nationalorprovincialconstructionindustrystandards.In2009,theCivilEngineeringCollegewasratedasAdvancedGroupinChinaEngineeringConstructionStandardizationAssociation(CECS).

　　Thecollegehasestablishedcooperationrelationshipwithmorethan20universitiesincountriesandareaslikeAmerica,Finland,Japan,Russia,KoreaandHongKongetc.intheaspectsofscientificresearchandpersonneltrainingetc.Thecollegehasalsoestablishedrelationshipwithmanyuniversitiesandcolleges,industrialenterprises,designing(investigation)institutes,aswellasscientificresearchandmanufacturedepartmentsinourcountryintheaspectsofacademicexchange,scientificandtechnologycooperation,anddualculture.Atthesametime,ourcollegehasemployedanumberoffamousscholarstobetheHonoraryProfessorandAdjunctProfessor.
